Located on the ground floor of the Granary, this room has a door leading into its own private walled garden, the “Monks Garden”, great for sitting out with a cup of tea or glass of wine. Chawton is ideal for guests accompanied by their well behaved pet dog. |

| Stretton |
Stretton was our smallest room and did not have en-suite facilities. We are pleased to say that we are currently completing extensive renovations of this room, knocking into the adjoining store room and also incorporating part of the landing to more than double its size and give it an en-suite bathroom (bath with shower above). This is a really exciting project.

Selborne is a beautifully appointed room with a king sized bed(which can be arranged as 2 twins) and rich fabrics. It features a Cotswold stone wall and original fireplace (discovered during renovations in early 2010). Selborne can be interlinked with an adjacent room (Walton) via an internal door for larger families and parties that prefer a suit of rooms. Both rooms share the same. The rooms can be booked individually or together. |

Situated at the rear of the house, this popular room offers a view over the garden and Cotswold countryside. Walton has a king sized bed and can be arranged as 2 twins.
